Absolutely not—there are no minimum or maximum order limits at SRC.

No, there are no restrictions on the number of images or file sizes you can send us.
However, please note that our online uploader supports individual files up to 64MB. You can upload as many smaller files as you’d like at once.

For files larger than 64MB, we recommend using our FTP system. Alternatively, you can use the free WeTransfer service for files up to 2GB—perfect for sending .zip folders.

Our working hours are 24 hours a day, six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
We operate around the clock, including nights, to ensure your work is delivered on time. Additionally, we are available during public holidays, so you can send us your photos anytime that suits you.

The completion time varies based on the complexity and quantity of your project.
Factors such as image quality, number of images, and the level of detail required all influence the turnaround time. When we provide your price quote, we will also inform you of the estimated time frame for completing your task. We always strive to accommodate your specific deadlines and are committed to delivering your work on time.

You can send us files in any format, including JPG, TIFF, PSD, or EPS.
However, if your final needs allow, we recommend using JPG files to help save processing time. Ultimately, please feel free to send whatever format works best for you.

Yes, we assign one account exclusively to each client.
This approach helps ensure that your images and data remain secure and confidential.

No, absolutely not.
Sr Clipping does not process or accept any nude or undressed photos under any circumstances.

All of our staff have signed non-disclosure agreements, committing to strict confidentiality.
They agree not to share or use any images outside the agreed scope of your project. Additionally, our entire system is secured with firewalls to protect incoming and outgoing data, and we use the latest antivirus software on every computer to ensure maximum security.

Yes, we offer FTP accounts with unlimited storage space.
However, we kindly ask that you inform us about your file sizes and the amount of space you require in advance.

You will receive a notification once your images are uploaded to our server and ready for download.

We will set up a profile for you on our FTP server with unique login credentials.
All your completed images will be stored there, and we’ll provide you with the login details so you can easily access and download your files.

You can upload files up to 50MB using our contact form.
For larger files up to 5GB, you can use third-party file transfer services as many times as needed, including:

  • WeTransfer

  • WeSendit

  • Dropbox

  • Filemail

No, you do not need to log in or sign in to access information on our website.
